1. Booking Policy

 

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the session date and time. This deposit secures your spot and guarantees that no other clients will be booked during your scheduled session.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• In the case of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date without any additional fees.

 

3. Payment Policy

 

• We accept all major credit and debit cards.

• Financing options are available through:

• Klarna: Offers flexible payment plans with no interest.

• Afterpay: Allows you to pay in four equal, interest-free installments.

• PayPal Credit: Provides a revolving line of credit for qualifying purchases.

• Payment in full must be completed before the photos are delivered.

 

4. Photo Delivery Policy

 

• Digital photos are delivered via a secure online gallery within 2 to 4 weeks of the session.

• Additional services like photo albums and print enlargements may extend the delivery time up to 6 weeks.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

• We do not offer refunds once the photos have been delivered. If there is an issue with the quality of the photos, we will offer a complementary re-shoot to resolve any concerns.

 

6. Promotional Use of Photos

 

We may use selected photos from your session for marketing purposes, including social media and website galleries. If you prefer not to have your photos used in this way, please inform us in writing prior to the session.

 

7. Privacy and Data Handling

 

We handle your personal data with care and confidentiality. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required for product delivery or financing processes.

 

8. Partner Services Policy
